All File Uploads will be scanned for Malware
What’s New: Any file that is uploaded to the system will now be scanned for malware.
Where: This includes Customer & Contact Profiles, Jobs & Incidentals, Interactions and Reports. This is in place for Web, Mobile Web and the Native app.
How to Use It: This scan will run automatically at the time of the upload.
What to Expect: The user will not need to take any action unless an error message displays indicating that the file contains malware. If malware is detected, the system will return an error and the user will be unable to upload the infected file, a new clean file must be chosen to proceed with the document upload.
