Search Consumer List by Date of Birth
What’s New: Consumer field can be searched by date of birth.
Who Can Use This: Internal agency users. Customers using the Customer Portal on a computer. This feature is not available on mobile devices.
Where: Consumer field on any job via the Job Details page when creating or editing a job.
How to Use It: Enter the consumer date of birth as mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy per your agency date format.
What to Expect: A list of all consumers with this date of birth will display; this is the typeahead list which displays active consumers only. The names are sorted alphabetically.
The dropdown list is activated by typing in the name and clicking on the down-arrow button. This displays a maximum of 25 names. This list is not sorted alphabetically. Active and inactive consumer names display.
Additionally, on the Customer portal, the Consumer DOB will display once the consumer is selected.
Adding Additional Consumers - the link below the primary consumer now displays as Edit Consumer. Clicking on this link allows the user to add more Consumers to the job. Consumers can be searched by DOB and the DOB will display once the Consumer is selected.
