If a user is unable to add a decimal to a number value, such as when entering values for incidentals or rate plans, please check the following.
Is the user outside of the U.S.? If so, check the Language settings on their browser as the setting may be using a comma rather than a period for decimal values.
Preferred Languages
On Chrome, navigate to the Preferred Languages settings. English (United States) should be listed at the top. If it is not, click on the 3 dots next to this entry and click on "Move to the top". Refresh the browser page.
