Add a clickable or "live" link to any note field that displays a tool bar. For example, on the Job Details page of any job:
Appointment Details or Job Details both contain tool bars below each of these note fields
The option to Paste as Plain Text is selected by default. This means that anything pasted in this field will be text only, including Zoom links.
To paste a Zoom link so that it is clickable when displayed in an email notification, deselect the Paste as Plain Text option, then paste in the Zoom link in the note field.
Once pasted and the job saved, the link will appear as clickable in email notifications if the notification template includes the Job Details as part of the email.
