- Interpreter Manager – Gives access to the Home menu and the Manage menu. User can create and edit jobs, mark jobs as canceled or unfulfilled, delete jobs, assign and unassign interpreters, and access the majority of options from the Home dropdown menu. User can create new user profiles for interpreters, customers and consumers. User can view existing profiles.
- Close jobs – User can close jobs.

Requestor (Customer)
- Navigate to Manage menu > Create New Requestor
- Click on NEW REQUESTOR
- Enter user details
- Click SAVE
-
ADD ASSOCIATIONS
- Enter the Customer the Requestor is associated with. If no Client and Service location are specific, the requestor will see all jobs associated with the Customer for all clients and service locations.
- Enter the Client the Requestor is associated with, if applicable. Selecting a specific Client limits the requestor to seeing jobs associated with that Client only.
- Enter the Service Location the Requestor is associated with, if applicable. Selecting a specific Client and Location limits the requestor to seeing jobs associated with that Client for that specific Location only.
- Click Save icon to right of each association added.
- Repeat steps for any additional Customers/Clients/Service Locations
- Click SAVE
- Navigate to Admin > User Management menu (only Admins have this permission)
- Search for Requestor username, first name OR last name from the list on the left
- Confirm User Type is CUSTOMER
-
CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
- Customer Financial – User can view financials related to jobs associated with user account from the Customer Portal. For example, any invoices that are in Pending or Invoiced status can be viewed, downloaded, printed.
- Can Read Reports – User can download reports related to jobs associated with user account from the Customer Portal. If the user has Customer Financial permission, they can choose to include Financials in the report.
- Can Close Jobs – User can close jobs associated with user account (not typically used for Customer profile)
- Compliance Auditor – User can access the Compliance menu from the Customer Portal. This displays a list of all interpreters who have completed jobs for the Customer and allows the user to see the interpreter's eligibility qualifications on their profile. This setting is rarely used and would only be given to a manager-level user for that Customer for audit purposes and then turned off at the end of the audit.
- View Organizations - This setting is almost never used and is considered more of a legacy item. If accidentally setting this permission, the user may not be able to see their jobs when logging into the Customer Portal.
