Team Rates allow Agencies to set different (usually discounted) rates for Team Jobs.
Team Rates will apply to subsequent Interpreter Jobs, i.e. the 1st Interpreter Job will be billed at the regular Service Tier Rates but subsequent Jobs will be billed at the established Team Rates.
Enabling and Utilizing Team Rates
Team Rates are available at the Service Tier.
To enable Team Rates, expand the relevant Service Tier and check the Team Rates Enabled box and populate the Team Rate fields. If Team Rates are Enabled but the Rates are not populated it will result in an error message.
To View or Bill using Team Rates, all Jobs in the Booking must be Previewed or Billed together, they must also have Interpreters attached. Note that team Rates will not apply to Jobs in Open/Offered status:
Rate Plan interactions and scenarios including Team Rates:
Qualification Rates:
If there are Requirements on the Job that have corresponding Qualification Rates, and Team Rates have been applied to the relevant Service Tier under Qualification Rates, these will also be applied as appropriate.
e.g. 1st Job in series has Qualification Rate attached - the regular Qualification rate will apply. If the 2nd & any subsequent Jobs in the series have Qualification Rate attached - the team rate under the relevant Qualification rate will apply.
Use Interpreter Rates:
If this is flagged on the Customer Rate Plan, Team Rates would also need to be defined & enabled on the Interpreter Rate Plan.
Split Charges:
These will work as normal when using Team Rates- The relevant Team Rate for the relevant zone will be applied to the Job(s).
Pass Through Rates:
If Use Interpreter Rates is flagged on the Customer side and Pass Through Rates are enabled & defined on the Interpreter Rate plan, the Pass Through Rates will be applied to the relevant Job(s) on the Invoice i.e. Pass Through rates trump Team Rates.
Cliffs:
If Cliffs are enabled the Regular Rate or Team Rate (depending on the Job) will be applied up to the Cliff, the Cliff rate will then be applied after Cliff Minutes- Cliff Rates will take priority over Team Rates.
Split Minimum Duration:
No change to functionality with Team Rates.
Unfulfilled:
If the 1st Job in series is Unfulfilled, when previewing & invoicing, the next Job in series is charged at full rate and subsequent Job(s) are Team Rate. If another Job (not 1st) is Unfulfilled, the 1st Job in series is charged at full rate and subsequent Job(s) are Team Rate.This is because an Unfulfilled job is an unbillable job.
There will always be one job charged at the full rate with relation to Team Rates.
Cancelled Non Billable:
This works the same as Unfilfilled as outlined above.
Cancelled Billable:
These will behave exactly as any other Team Job as in the appropriate Cancellation Fee will apply relevant to 1st Job, Subsequent Job etc.

What determines 1st Job (regular rate) Vs. subsequent Jobs (Team Rate):
This depends on the order the jobs are being billed in. The default is chronological so they should appear in that order.
For team jobs at exactly the same time the first job on the Invoice will be the regular rate and then other jobs will then use the team rate from then on.
Multiple Service Types w/ different Rates:
If there is a mix of Service Rates at the Interpreter Job level, the Rates will be applied as applicable but Team Rates will only be applied where they have been set on the relevant Service Tier
As an example:
Job 1 F2F w/Team Rates on Service Tier - Regular Rate applied
Job 2 3rd Party Video Scheduled no Team Rates on Service Tier - Regular Rate applied
Job 3 F2F w/Team Rates on Service Tier - Team Rate applied
