Rate Plan Exports

There are a few different options when exporting rate plans. Each export is done in two steps. 

1. Initiating the export. 
   1. All Active Rate plans
   2. Interpreter Rate Plan Associations 
   3. Customer Rate Plan Associations
2. Downloading the export once it is available.

Initiating Exports

The location in the platform from which you initiate a report is different based on the information you are looking to export. 

All Active Rate plans

First you can export all active rate plans (customer and interpreter) from reports > customer exports 

From there scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the option All Active Rate Plans. 

Click Start export. Once selected this will start the process on the backend of exporting these rate plans. You will see a confirmation box and willr receive a confirmation email once the report is available. 

Interpreter Rate Plan associations 

To export interpreter rate plan associations you will go to Admin > Rate Plans > Interpreter (Plans) 

In the bottom right corner of the page there are two options: 

1. Active Interpreter Rate Plan Associations Report - this will export all active interpreter rate plan associtions which are not using the default rate plan. 
2. Active Interpreters using Default Rate Plan Report - this will export all active interpreters who are using the default rate plan. 

Simply click the link for the report you wish to export. This will start the process on the backend of exporting these associations. You will see a confirmation box pop-up and will receive an email once the report is avaialble. 

Customer Rate Plan Associations

To export customer rate plan associations you will go to Admin > Rate Plans > Customer (plans)

In the bottom right corner of the page there are two options: 

1. Active Customer Rate plan Associations Report - This will export all active customer rate plan associations which are not using the default rate plan. 
2. Active Customers using Defalt Rate Plan Report - This will export all active customers who are using default rate plan. 

Simply click the link for the report you wish to export. This will start the process on the backend of exporting these associations. You will see a confirmation box pop-up and will receive an email once the report is avaialble. 

Downloading Your Export Once it is Available 

Once the report is available you can download it like any other export. First click on Admin > Import/Export 

From here click Export in the top left corner of the page. 

On this Export History you will see a list of all previous exports. From here you can select Download next to the report that recently completed running to save a copy to your device:
