Change an interpreter's status from either the Manage Contacts grid using the orange dropdown menu next to their name, or change their status from the green "More" button on the interpreter profile.
Active - Eligible for job offers, no issues.
Induction - Newly created interpreter profiles are assigned a status of induction automatically. They can be moved from Induction to Active in order to show up as eligible for job offers.
Under Review - May be used as a temporary status if an interpreter needs eligibility updates and you do not want them offered jobs until this is done, or if there is an issue with the interpreter and you are putting them on hold for job offers.
Inactive - Used to indicate an interpreter is no longer active with the organization.

Select the Next Status from the dropdown list, and a From Date.
If a To Date is selected, once that date is reached, the interpreter status will automatically move to Inactive status. If no To Date is needed, leave this field blank.
Inactive Status requires a Deactivation Reason to be selected. Deactivation Reasons are managed from Admin > Company > Deactivation Reasons tab
The only status that allows an interpreter to be considered eligible for job offers is Active. All other statuses prevent them from being offered newly created jobs.
If an interpreter has current or future jobs, and their status is changed from Active to any of the other statuses, they will still be able to perform their currently assigned jobs. They are not automatically unassigned.
Please note you cannot move an interpreter from Induction to Inactive. Change the status to Active and save that, then change the status from Active to Inactive.
