When creating a Qualification or Eligibility, one optional checkbox is the Interpreter Can Manage feature. This allows the interpreter to upload a supporting document (e.g. a copy of their driver's license) to the corresponding qualification/eligibility that they see on the interpreter portal under their user profile.

From the Interpreter portal, the interpreter can see their qualifications on their User Profile. The User Profile is found either by clicking the pencil icon below their name on the left-hand side of the interpreter portal, or by clicking on their username on the right-hand side of the screen and clicking User Profile. Eligibilities and Qualifications are found under the Employment tab on the User Profile page.

If Interpreter Can Manage is enabled on the qualification itself, the interpreter can see the qualification on their user profile via the interpreter portal (on a laptop only, not on the mobile app). They can upload a document view, download or delete a document.
They can see the name and description of the qualification.
They can see any information entered into the Notes field by an internal user and can enter notes in that field themselves.
They cannot see anything in the Supporting Information note field.
Fields that are read-only are State (valid status) Valid Since, Validated By. They do not see Valid Until unless they click the pencil icon

If the interpreter uploads a document, an email notification will be sent to the email address defined in the Interpreter Manager field under Company Configuration. The interpreter manager will view the interpreter profile, confirm the document is correct and can update the Valid dates as needed.
