Booking Freeze

These are customer-specific settings and are found via the Admin menu > Customers menu.

Click on one of the customers on the left-hand side of the page. Scroll down to the Customer portal section. These permissions apply to all requestors associated with this customer.

 

The Create Enabled checkbox gives the requestor the ability to create a new job request

The Update Enabled checkbox gives the requestor the ability to update any job that they have access to

 

The Booking Freeze settings take the following actions: 

Enable Booking Freeze - Turns on/off the freeze functionality

Create Freeze Span - A numeric entry that represents a number of hours. If 24 is entered in this field, the requestor is unable to create a job with a start time less than 24 hours in the future. 

Edit Freeze Span - A numeric entry that represents a number of hours. If 24 is entered in this field, the requestor is unable to edit a job with a start time less than 24 hours in the future. 

In both cases, the requestor receives a popup message indicating that they need to contact the agency directly for assistance.
