In this release, we made several refinements to enhance the user experience. While our focus remains on larger initiatives, we will continue to release incremental enhancements regularly.

Included Features

• A new file name standardization for VoS documents will be implemented to avoid issues with unsupported special characters.
  • This will be enabled for all VoS forms submitted by users
• Hyperlinks in Notes fields will be clickable within emails and applications under certain conditions, with specific steps required for enabling them.
  • The Paste as Plain text icon must be selected prior to pasting the hyperlink
  • Hyperlinks will only be clickable in View mode on the Job (incl. View More modal) or where the Notes field is View mode only (e.g. Customer Notes)
  • Full HTTPS links are required - https://example.yoururl.com
• A new optional configuration will allow Consumer Date of Birth to be displayed on relevant Customer’s Jobs in the Interpreter portal and Mobile App.
  • Disabled by default and configurable at the customer level.
• A new column, "Last Completed", will be added to the Manage Contacts grid to indicate the last date a job was closed by the Interpreter.
• Performance improvements will be made to the Manage Jobs page, with no functional changes expected.
• Update to the Boostlingo Job Import based on Client ID
• IMSX Spokes are now enabled to modify the "bill-to" field
