3.99 Release Notes:

Rollover from VRI to OPI

There may be instances when requesting VRI on-demand services, where a VRI interpreter is not available to fulfill the request. Boostlingo II now offers Rollover from VRI to OPI, which will automatically prompt the user to transition their call to OPI in the event no VRI interpreter answers the request. Routing always prioritizes internal interpreters first. Requests for on-demand sign language interpretation will not be prompted to rollover to OPI.

• New configuration that prevents requestors from editing date/time/duration parameters on a job after assignment

• New Audit History "View" event tracking upon request
• Query optimizations for improved platform performance
